What NotifAi does

• Create and manage personal reminders and tasks.
• Invite friends to coordinate plans and reminders.
• Connect Google services to automate task workflows (Google Tasks required; Gmail/Calendar optional).

Why we request Google data

NotifAi uses Google authorization only after you choose to connect a service. You’ll be asked to grant access only when you click “Connect” for a specific Google service inside NotifAi.

• Google Tasks (required): to create, read, and update your tasks inside NotifAi.
• Google Calendar (optional): to read calendar events for scheduling-aware reminders.
• Gmail (optional): to read message metadata/content only when needed for selected workflows (e.g., extracting reminder details).

You can disconnect optional services at any time, and NotifAi only accesses the data needed to provide the features you enable.

How Google reviewers can test OAuth

1. Go to /login.html and click Continue with Google.
2. After login, open Integrations from the navigation bar.
3. Click Connect Tasks (required) and complete the Google consent screen.
4. You will return to NotifAi and the Integrations page will show Connected for Google Tasks.
5. (Optional) Repeat for Gmail and Calendar if testing those scopes.

Note: The homepage is public. OAuth consent is only triggered after a user clicks Connect on the Integrations page.
