Overview

NotifAi provides reminder, scheduling, and invitation functionality via web services, WhatsApp, and email. By using NotifAi, you agree to these Terms.

Invites and consent

If you submit a friend's WhatsApp number and email to send an invite, you confirm that the person has given you permission to contact them for this purpose. Do not use NotifAi to spam, harass, or message people without consent.

Accept/Deny (double opt-in)

Invited friends can accept or deny the invite. If denied, you must not attempt repeated unsolicited invites.

Prohibited use

• Sending spam or bulk invites
• Harassment or abusive content
• Attempting to bypass platform limits or policies
• Any illegal activity

Third-party services

NotifAi relies on third-party providers (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp, email providers, hosting, and database providers). Their terms and policies also apply.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for outages or platform restrictions outside our control.
